Salary: $76,868 - $107,956 per annum + 12% superannuation

About the role

Our client is seeking experienced Cardiac Scrub Scout Registered Nurses to join their team on a permanent full-time basis.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape the culture, clinical standards and day-to-day operations of a new specialist cardiac unit. You will provide high-quality care within an eight-bed monitored environment, working alongside experienced cardiologists, electrophysiologists and a dedicated multidisciplinary team.

About You

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need:

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
• 2 years of minimum recent experience within a as a Cardiac Scrub Scout nurse
• Flexible availability (Monday - Friday preferred availability with possible rotating shifts or weekends as required)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent organisation, prioritisation and time-management abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• A commitment to evidence-based cardiac nursing and ongoing professional development
• A proactive approach and enthusiasm for helping establish a new specialist clinical unit
