Tallangatta Health Service manages 10 acute beds and their Residential Aged Care facility consists of Lakeview (15 beds) and Bolga Court (36 beds). Bolga is made up of 6 modules (6 rooms in each with shared common areas) and separate large dining room for their more independent residents. RNs would work shifts across both areas alongside ENs and healthcare workers (AIN).
Tallangatta and its surrounding farming valleys are located in the Towong Shire, in North East Victoria and enjoy some spectacular natural environments. We are known for our waterways (Lake Hume/Murray River), pretty green hills and wide open farming land. The area is also quite a tourism hub for outdoor activities like camping, fishing, bike riding, hiking and a short drive to Falls Creek Ski Resort.
