We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for one full-time Practice Nurse opportunity located in Mornington Peninsula, VIC.

The Role – Practice Nurse (RN)

Location: Mornington Peninsula, VIC
Employment: 1 x Full-Time position (Monday–Friday only)

• Monday - Wednesday & Friday: 0900 - 1700
• Thursday: 0900 - 1730

Key Responsibilities

• Wound care, immunisations & procedures
• Health Assessments & Chronic Disease Management
• Treatment room coordination & stock control
• Infection control
• Phone & in-person triage

About You

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an RN
• Minimum 1-year General Practice experience
• Strong communication skills, Calm under pressure and team oriented
• Current AHPRA Registration and Full Australian Working Rights
